Welcome to RIFAESTO an online platform offering raffles and skill-based competitions. By using our website and entering any competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The registration, access and/or use of electronic and digital means supports the declaration that the USER knows and expressly accepts the Terms and Conditions described below; that they know the regulations and/or rules that regulate games, contests and/or raffles, as well as the special or conditions that complement certain contents.

The purchase and use of the raffle system and content through RIFAESTO‘s electronic and digital means  implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All rights to the electronic and digital media software are held by RIFAESTO. By virtue of this document, RIFAESTO grants its USERS a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable limited use license, to access and use electronic and digital media for personal, non-commercial purposes. In any case, the software made available to the user may NOT be copied, modified, developed, decompiled and disclosed.

This document constitutes the license agreement for the use of electronic and digital means between RIFAESTO and the USERS, as well as the conditions under which the latter may access third-party products and services.

Purpose of the application.
Electronic and digital media offer a platform for USERS to acquire RIFAESTO’s PRODUCTS and services, as well as those that are added.

Term of the User License Agreement.
The Contract for the use of electronic and digital means will come into force at the time when the USER formalises the entire registration process and will remain in force as long as the Contract is not dissolved by any of the parties.

The Contract may be dissolved by either party due to the following circumstances:

At the request of the USER at any time, without prejudice to the USER’s duty to comply with the payment obligations that, if any, were pending at the time of termination. At the request of RIFAESTO at the time when the USER fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions provided for in this document, the USER may demand compliance with the obligations that remain pending on the part of the USER, as well as, where appropriate, compensation for the damages caused.

User registration/registration.
Only legal persons and natural persons over 18 years of age with full capacity to act and who are not in any cause of prohibition or limitation to contract this type of service or with the products and services offered within the electronic and digital means may access and make use of electronic and digital means.  in accordance with the applicable regulations. Consequently, only these may acquire the status of USER of electronic and digital media. Therefore, minors and those who, being of legal age, lack the capacity to act are excluded. Likewise, residents of those countries in which it is prohibited to participate by any electronic or digital means in lottery games or those who are subject to any other type of prohibition to contract the products and services offered by RIFAESTO may not register.

The USER will register through the section of the electronic and digital means intended for such use, and must fill in all the data requested in the form provided and expressly accept the terms and conditions of this document. This acceptance will be understood as a responsible declaration of not being involved in any cause that prohibits its registration as indicated above.

The username and password chosen by the USER in the registration process are personal and non-transferable. In this regard, the user undertakes to diligently safeguard their username and password, adopting the necessary measures to prevent their loss, theft, disclosure to third parties or unauthorised use.

Prohibition of cheating and scams

The use of any type of cheating, filled lists, undelivered prizes, or any type of scam is strictly prohibited. If we receive reports and find that cheating has been made, we will terminate your account without refund and you will be banned as a customer of our platform.

The use of obscene language in any section of the registration including email, password, security question, etc., is prohibited.

The USER is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her information, for not providing third parties with his/her account number, password, etc. RIFAESTO is not responsible for the handling of said information by third parties, for reasons attributable to the user.

RIFAESTO may modify the fields required as data necessary for registration

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to enter any competition.
  • Some competitions may be restricted to certain geographic regions. It is your responsibility to check if participation is legal in your jurisdiction.

 How Competitions Work

  • Entry into competitions is available by purchasing tickets or via free entry routes (where applicable).
  • Winners are selected either randomly (raffles) or based on skill-based criteria (competitions).
  • All draws are conducted transparently and may be live-streamed or recorded for verification.

Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket purchases are final (see our Refund Policy).
  • Entry is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, and a confirmation email is sent.

 

Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.

 

Fair Use & Conduct

You must not:

  • Use bots or automated tools to enter competitions.
  • Attempt to manipulate outcomes.
  • Harass or abuse other users or RIFAESTO staff.

Violation may result in account termination without a refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on RIFAESTO, including branding, logos, and media, is protected and may not be copied without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

RIFAESTO is not liable for:

  • Technical errors or website downtime.
  • Issues with delivery or third-party service providers.
  • Any losses outside of the prize value won.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the latest version.
