Refund Policies

At RIFAESTO, we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for all participants in our raffles and competitions. Due to the nature of our services, specific guidelines apply to refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before entering any competition.

All Sales Are Final

As once a ticket is purchased for a raffle or competition, the transaction is considered final. This includes:

  • Digital entries
  • Discounted or promotional entries
  • Bulk entry packages

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to win, or any personal reason once payment has been processed.

 

In certain cases a refund may proceed and must be requested within 48h of making the purchase of the ticket on our page and  48h remaining of the competition or raffle. If for one reason or another, write to us at info@rifaesto.com and we will treat you as we would like to be treated.  As a ticket is selected that number is blocked for everyone else and for the same reason no refund proceeds, but there is some cases that you can have a full or partial refund.

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If a transaction is duplicated due to a website or payment processing error.
  • Cancelled Competition: If RIFAESTO cancels a competition for any reason, all participants will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket price.
  • Ineligibility: If you were mistakenly able to enter a competition despite being ineligible (e.g., due to age or geographic restrictions), a refund will be issued.

Example of full refunds we would grant if in the 48h time frame:

  • If you intended to do the raffle at RIFAESTO but did not start it, and you have not used it before published, we will refund the full amount.

Examples of partial refunds we would grant if in the 48h time frame:

  • If you have just paid for a raffle at RIFAESTO, but placed more than one ticket by accident, we will gladly refund those extra tickets.
  • If RIFAESTO experienced a major disruption that had a significant effect on your promotion, we will issue a partial refund.
  • If you were not satisfied with the support you received or if the support you received was not in a timely manner for a certain error on the site, we would issue a partial refund.

While we believe that RIFAESTO will make it easier to launch a successful competition/raffle, the success of your promotion will depend on your ability to promote your campaign. RIFAESTO does not provide refunds for a sweepstakes that the administrator deems to be “underperforming” (although we do have a fantastic guide to sweepstakes best practices and strategies intended to help you learn fundamental techniques and strategies for running successful sweepstakes).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an applicable exception, please contact our support team with the following:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Disputed Payments

If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without contacting RIFAESTO first, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your account from future participation.

Policy Updates

This Refund Policy is subject to change. Please refer to this page regularly for any updates. Continued use of RIFAESTO after policy changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Prize Refunds & Returns

We do not typically offer refunds or exchanges for prizes won. However, in specific circumstances, a resolution may be available depending on the prize type:

Cash Prizes:

  • Once transferred, cash prizes are final and non-refundable.

Physical Prizes (e.g. electronics, merchandise, vehicles):

Prizes are provided mostly by sponsors or partners and products or prizes will have their own warranty. RIFAESTO could provide contact information so the winner may contact directly for that warranty.

Prizes when delivered are mostly in person and tested and provided with a warranty (if has a warranty) to the winner.

Product Warranties:

If the prize includes a manufacturer’s warranty, all warranty claims should be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

RIFAESTO is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the participant

 

Non-Transferability of Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable unless specifically stated or agreed to in writing by RIFAESTO.
