General Rules for Participating in Rifa Esto
- Eligibility:
- To participate in the raffles, users must be over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to transact online.
- Employees, close family members and anyone who has a direct relationship with the organization of the Raffle This will not be able to participate in the raffles.
- Registration and Participation:
- Participants must create an account on the Rifa Esto platform in order to participate in the raffles. This includes providing truthful and up-to-date information, such as full name, email, and payment details.
- Each user can participate in as many raffles as they wish, but they must make sure to make the corresponding payment for each entry.
- Ticket Purchases:
- Tickets to participate in a raffle must be purchased through the payment system available on the platform.
- The cost of each ticket is specific to each raffle and will be clearly stated in the draw description.
- Tickets will be automatically assigned to the user’s account once the purchase is complete.
- Draw Dates:
- Each raffle has a specific date and time for the raffle, which will be published on the corresponding raffle page.
- The draws will be held online, in accordance with the procedures established by the platform. Participants will be able to watch the draw live through the platform.
- Draw Process:
- The draw will be carried out randomly through an automated selection system, guaranteeing the impartiality and transparency of the process.
- The results of the draw will be published immediately on the platform and the winners will be notified by email or notification within the user account.
- Awards:
- Prizes will be awarded as described on each raffle page. In some cases, prizes may include physical products, trips, experiences, or vouchers, depending on the raffle.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Winners must claim their prize within the time frame indicated in the draw communication. If the claim is not made within that time, the prize may be considered unclaimed and drawn again.

- Participants must act ethically and respectfully during the raffle entry process. Any attempt to manipulate the system, cheat, or violate the terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification from the raffle, with no right to refund.
- The use of fake accounts, bots, or other fraudulent methods to gain an advantage in the draws is strictly prohibited.

- Participants agree that the personal data provided to participate in the raffles will be treated in accordance with the Raffle This Privacy Policy. - Rifa Esto is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to circumstances beyond its control (losses due to mail errors, misshipments, accidents or unforeseen delivery events).
- Entrants agree that Rifa Esto is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from participation in the raffles, including emotional or physical damages.
- Modification of Rules:
- Rifa Esto reserves the right to modify, update or add new rules at any time, in order to improve the users’ experience or for operational reasons. These modifications will be published on the platform, and will be considered accepted by the participants when they continue to use the services of Rifa Esto.
