Shipping Policy

At Rifa Esto, prizes must be chosen in person by the winner to confirm the product or prize under the conditions indicated in the image. For those special cases where shipping is required, we MIGHT make an exception where we promise to deliver prizes to our winners in a timely, secure, and hassle-free manner.  Each participant is responsible for verifying that the raffle or contest applies to their geographic location. This Shipping Policy describes how and when we ship raffle prizes to competition winners.

  1. Eligibility for Submission
  • Only confirmed winners of a raffle or competition are eligible to receive prizes.
  • Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the applicable sweepstakes or contest area (mentioned in the active event) within 7 calendar days  of notification.
  • If you do not provide accurate shipping information within the deadline, you may forfeit the prize.
  1. Shipping Methods and Timelines
  • Winners may request delivery of their prize, releasing RIFAESTO from liability for possible problems of delays, damage or loss.
  • Once the winner’s details are verified, prizes are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination

Note: Estimated timeframes may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, carrier availability, or holidays.

  • We use reputable carriers depending on the location and nature of the award.
  • A tracking number will be provided when available.
  1. International Shipping
  • Raffle This recommends users to apply only to the competitions available in their country. In case of need, Raffle This ships to most international destinations at the user’s expense. However, some restrictions may apply depending on local laws and customs regulations.
  • Winners are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges incurred during international shipping.
  1. Damaged or lost prizes
  • Raffle This will investigate and work with the operator to resolve the issue. Raffle This is not responsible for external carriers.
  1. Non-deliverable prizes
  • If a prize is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will attempt to contact you to resend the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If we are unable to contact you within 14 calendar days, the prize may be forfeited at our discretion.
