At Rifa Esto, our main goal is for prizes to be picked in person by the winner to confirm product or prize in conditions as stated and picture. For those cases that shipping is required we are committed to delivering prizes to our winners in a timely, secure, and hassle-free manner. Rifa Esto is not responsible for users that participate in raffles in a non-corresponding country. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship raffle prizes to competition winners.
- Eligibility for Shipping
- Only confirmed winners of a raffle or competition are eligible to receive prizes.
- Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the country of the corresponding raffle or competition (mentioned in the active event) within 7 days of being notified.
- Failure to provide accurate shipping information within the timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping is provided to all winners unless otherwise stated in the competition.
- Once the winner’s details are verified, prizes are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery time varies by destination:
- Domestic: 3–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

- Shipping Carriers
- We use reputable carriers depending on location and the nature of the prize.
- A tracking number will be provided where available.
- International Shipping
- Rifa Esto recommends the users to apply only for competitions available in their country. In need of, Rifa Esto ships to most international destinations at the expense of the user. However, some restrictions may apply depending on local laws and customs regulations.
- Winners are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges incurred during international shipping.
- Damaged or Lost Prizes
- Rifa Esto will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Rifa Esto is not responsible for third party carriers.
- Undeliverable Prizes
- If a prize is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will attempt to contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited at our discretion.
