Refund Policies

At RIFAESTO, we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for all participants in our sweepstakes and contests. Due to the nature of our services, specific guidelines apply to refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before entering any contest.

  1. All sales are final

Like once a ticket is purchased for a raffle or competition, the transaction is considered final. This includes:

  • Digital Inputs
  • Discounted or promotional tickets
  • Bulk Input Packages

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of win, or any personal reason once payment has been processed.

In certain cases, the refund may be made and must be requested within 48 hours of the purchase of the ticket on our website and +48 hours remaining of the contest or raffle. If for one reason or another, write to us at [email protected] and we will treat you as we would like to be treated.  When a ticket is selected, that number is blocked for all others and for the same reason, no refund is made, but there are some special cases where you can get a full or partial refund.

Exceptions to the non-refund policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances, and you will be entitled to use that balance in future raffles or competitions. The balance will be in your WALLET PROFILE on the website:

  • Technical error: If a transaction is duplicated due to an error on the website or in payment processing.
  • Cancelled Contest: If RIFAESTO cancels or postpones a contest, all participants will be entitled to use that balance in future sweepstakes or contests. The balance will be in your wallet profile.
  • Ineligibility: If you were mistakenly able to enter a competition despite being ineligible (e.g., due to geographic or age restrictions), you will be entitled to use that balance in future raffles or competitions. The balance will be in your wallet profile.

Example of full refunds we would grant if within 48 hours:

  • If you intended to run the raffle in RIFAESTO but did not start it, and you have not used it before publishing it, you will have the right to use that balance in future giveaways or contests. The balance will be in your wallet profile.

Examples of partial refunds we would grant if within 48 hours:

  • If you have just paid for a raffle in RIFAESTO, but have drawn more than one ticket by accident, we will return that balance to your wallet profile.
  • If RIFAESTO experienced a major disruption that had a significant effect on your promotion, we will issue a partial refund to your wallet profile.
  • If you were not satisfied with the support you received or if the support you received was not timely for a certain bug on the site, we would issue a partial refund to your wallet profile.

How to request a refund

To request a refund under any applicable exceptions, please contact our support team as follows:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days in the wallet profile.

Disputed Payments

If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without first contacting RIFAESTO, RIFAESTO may suspend or ban your account from participating in the future.

Policy updates

This Refund Policy is subject to change. Any changes will be notified via email 7 calendar days in advance. Check this page regularly for updates. Your continued use of RIFAESTO after the policy changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Refunds and refunds of prizes

Cash prizes:

  • Once transferred, cash prizes are final and non-refundable.

Physical prizes (e.g., electronics, merchandise, vehicles):

The prizes and products provided will have their own guarantee. RIFAESTO will provide the contact information for the winner to communicate directly to make the guarantee effective.

The prizes are delivered in person and are tested and provided with a guarantee for the winner. If the winner requests the shipment of their prize, it is the responsibility of the winner.

Product Warranties:

If the prize includes a manufacturer’s warranty, all warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and delivery issues

If a shipment is requested, it is the responsibility of the winner:

  • Delays caused by external couriers.
  • Damage or loss caused by external couriers.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the participant.

 

Non-transferability of prizes

Prizes are non-transferable unless specifically stated or agreed to in writing.
