RIFAESTO
Welcome to RIFAESTO, an online platform that offers skill-based raffles and contests. By using our website and entering any competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The registration, access and use of electronic and digital means supports the declaration that the USER knows and expressly accepts the Terms and Conditions described below; who are aware of the regulations and rules that regulate games, competitions and raffles, as well as the special conditions or conditions that complement certain contents.
The purchase and use of the raffle system and content through electronic and digital means of RIFAESTO implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All rights to the electronic and digital media software are owned by RIFAESTO. By virtue of this document, RIFAESTO grants its USERS a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable limited use license, to access and use electronic and digital media for personal and non-commercial purposes. In any case, the software made available to the user may NOT be copied, modified, developed, decompiled and disclosed.
This document constitutes the license agreement for the use of electronic and digital means between RIFAESTO and the USERS. It does not apply to contests sponsored by third parties.
Purpose of the application.
Electronic and digital media offer a platform for USERS to acquire RIFAESTO’s PRODUCTS and services, as well as those that are incorporated.
Term of User License Agreement.
The Agreement for the use of electronic and digital means will come into force at the time the USER formalizes the entire registration process and will remain in force as long as the Agreement is not dissolved by either party.
The Contract may be dissolved by either party due to the following circumstances:
At the request of the USER at any time, without prejudice to the USER’s duty to comply with the payment obligations that, if any, were pending at the time of the termination. At the request of RIFAESTO, at the time when the USER fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions provided for in this document, the USER may demand compliance with the obligations that remain pending on the part of the USER, as well as, where appropriate, compensation for the damages caused.
User registration.
Only natural persons over 18 years of age with full capacity to act and who are not in any cause for prohibition or limitation to contract this type of service or with the products and services offered within the electronic and digital means may access and make use of electronic and digital means. in accordance with the applicable regulations. Consequently, only they may acquire the status of USER of electronic and digital media. Therefore, minors and those who, being of legal age, lack the capacity to act are excluded. Likewise, residents of those countries in which it is prohibited to participate by any electronic or digital means in lottery games or those that are subject to any other type of prohibition to contract the products and services offered by RIFAESTO may not register.
The USER will register through the section of the electronic and digital means intended for such use, and must complete all the data requested in the form provided and expressly accept the terms and conditions of this document. This acceptance shall be understood as a responsible declaration that you are not involved in any cause that prohibits your registration as stated above.
The username and password chosen by the USER in the registration process are personal and non-transferable. In this regard, the user undertakes to diligently safeguard their username and password, adopting the necessary measures to prevent their loss, theft, communication to third parties or unauthorised use.
Prohibition of cheating and scams
The use of any type of cheating, full lists, undelivered prizes or any type of scam is strictly prohibited. If we receive reports and find that cheating has taken place, we will terminate your account without refund and you will be banned as a customer of our platform.
The use of profanity in any section of the registry, including email, password, security question, and comments, is prohibited.
The USER is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her information, for not providing third parties with his/her account number, password, security questions, identity documents and address.
RIFAESTO may modify the required fields as necessary data for registration. Such changes will be notified via email to the user 7 calendar days in advance.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any competition.
- Some competitions may be restricted to certain geographic regions. It is your responsibility to verify whether the entry is legal in your jurisdiction and in the relevant country which would be mentioned in each raffle or contest.
How competencies work.
- Participation in the competitions is available through the purchase of tickets or through free entry routes (where applicable).
- Winners are selected at random (raffles) or based on skill-based criteria (contests).
- All draws are conducted transparently and can be livestreamed or recorded for verification.
- Each raffle or contest contains prize details, amount per entry ticket, total tickets, minimum required tickets sold, guarantee, prize location, and images.
- If the minimum number of tickets required for sale is not reached, the raffle or contest could be postponed or returned to your digital wallet.
Ticket Purchase
- All ticket purchases are final (see our Refund Policy).
- The ticket is only confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent.
Winner notification
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 calendar days, RIFAESTO may again withdraw the prize.
Use and Conduct
You must not:
- Use robots, Artificial Intelligence or automated tools to participate in contests.
- Trying to manipulate the results.
- Harass or abuse other users or RIFAESTO staff.
Violation may result in account termination without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on RIFAESTO, including branding, logos, and media, is protected and may not be copied without permission.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website implies acceptance of the latest version. Such changes would be notified via email 7 calendar days in advance.
